Privacy policy.

We collect what we need to send you an order or a letter, and nothing more. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies.

When you buy

Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, name, email, phone number and shipping address; we never see or store your card number. We receive the order, your name, email, phone and shipping address so we can fulfil it. Your name, phone and shipping address then go to Printify (or Printful, for a few older items), the service that passes each order to its maker; for our candles that is Candle Builders in New Hampshire, who pour and ship them.

When you get a printable

Printables are sold and delivered by Payhip, not by this site. Payhip collects your email address and, for a paid printable, takes payment through its own payment providers; we never see your card number. We receive your email address and which printable you got. Payhip handles your details under its own privacy policy.

When you join the list

Your email address is stored with Brevo, the service that sends our letters and order emails. Some of those emails are drafted with the help of an AI model (Anthropic's Claude), which is given your first name and what you ordered, never your email address or payment details. Every letter has an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. If we add any other analytics or advertising pixel, this page will say so first.

Links to other shops

Books link to Amazon, and partner picks link to the partner's own site. Some of those links may earn us a commission. Anything you buy there is handled under that shop's own privacy policy.

Your choices

Write to hello@interiorcleanse.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the list. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. When you unsubscribe we stop writing to you, and we delete your address if you ask.
